Abby Johnson, MS, RDN, LD, CLT 

​

Abby was born and raised in Marietta Georgia. Abby started her career in the health and fitness industry as a certified personal trainer, graduating from Indiana University with a degree in Kinesiology in 2005.  She then went on to complete her Master’s Degree in Dietetics in 2014 from Georgia State University.  Her research has been published in Nutrition in Clinical Practice and Bariatric Surgical Practice and Patient Care.  Abby is also the founder of Harmony Nutrition, founded on the core belief that "a body in harmony performs at its best".  

  

Abby’s passion for teaching others how to manage their health through balanced nutrition and healthy lifestyle habits has landed her in front of a diverse array of audiences including the NFLPA, universities, and corporations.  Abby has developed expertise in health topics ranging from dietary practices for mental health, digestive conditions, preventative health practices, and chronic disease management.

Leslie Knapp Mack, MS, RDN, LD 

​

Hailing from Michigan, Leslie graduated from Western Michigan University with bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration and Public Relations. From there, she established a career in foodservice until deciding to pursue her passion for nutrition. Leslie earned her master’s in Health Science from Georgia State University in 2014. 
 

Leslie enjoys working with individuals to improve their relationship with food. Her nutrition philosophy is individualized and evidenced-based with a focus on feasibility, balance, and mindfulness. Leslie has developed expertise with a wide range of nutrition concerns, and has increased specialization in preventative wellness, intuitive eating, disordered eating, and food & behavioral health.
